Depanners

A Depanner is designed to remove bread from pans by means of vacuum suction and place the bread onto a bread conveyor.

The depanner can be fitted with aluminum or a PVC belts.

The depanner is fitted with a frequency invertor as well as a pressure gauge to monitor the suction power.

                           

     

Delidder and Lidding

We manufactureDelidding units to remove Lids from tins by means of a magnet conveyor mounted above the pans. Lids will then be placed onto a lid conveyor.

Lidding units replace Lids from the lid conveyor onto the pans. A delivery conveyor with magnets and timing belts will lower each lid to each pan.
